Refunds and Return Policy

1. Application for Refunds

1.1 Subject to the terms and conditions in this Refunds and Return Policy and the Terms of Service, Buyer may apply for return of the purchased items (“Item”) and/or refund prior to the expiry of the Hoffman Guarantee Period as stated in the Terms & Conditions

1.2 Hoffman Guarantee is a service provided by Hoffman, on User’s request, to assist Users in dealing with certain conflicts which may arise during the course of a transaction. Users may communicate with each other privately to resolve their differences or approach their relevant local authorities to assist them in overcoming any dispute prior, during or after using Hoffman Guarantee.

2. Application for the Return/Cancellation of an Item

Due to the particularity of the business, it is not the purchase of real objects in the traditional sense. After purchasing the course package, we will send a link to the corresponding package content to the email. The course has an unactivated code. After the code is activated, the course has been used by default. Therefore, depending on the code activation situation, we will provide cancellation ,full refunds and partial refunds, etc.

2.1 Cancellation

If you have made payment but have not activated it, you can contact us to propose Cancellation. Our customer service will check the specific situation and verify it. If verified, we will refund you in full.

2.2 Full amount

The activation code was sent, but none of the activation codes were activated and consumed. In this case, you can send an email to [email protected] to apply for a full refund.

2.3 Partial refund

We will send a certain number of activation codes corresponding to the package courses according to different packages. We will look at the course usage ratio based on the number of activation codes consumed, and finally send email to [email protected] to communicate about the specific refund fees.

2.4 Other

If you want to change the package after using and studying a certain course, according to the activation code consumption and the price of the replacement package, if there is any excess that needs to be refunded, you can send an email to [email protected] to communicate The specific refund amount.
